5. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full. We accept secure electronic payment methods as displayed at checkout. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified and refunded in full.
6. Shipping
We ship art pieces and products using trusted logistics partners. Once your order leaves our inventory and is handed over to our logistics provider, Ubuntu African Art (Pty) Ltd is no longer liable for loss, damage, or delays during transit. We recommend selecting insured shipping options and tracking your delivery for added peace of mind.
7. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a detailed description. While we will assist in filing claims with the logistics provider, Ubuntu African Art (Pty) Ltd cannot guarantee compensation or replacement for items lost or damaged during transit, as liability passes to the courier upon collection from our premises. Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless otherwise stated.
